Had Laura for a couple sessions and giving her well a deserved 5 stars. She has a professional yet friendly approach. She is very thorough and thoughtful in her cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Initial meeting was very pleasant and crue areas cleaned were mostly satisfactory. However an entire room was missed and when I brought this up I was spoken to rudely and the question was received as criticism/insult rather than giving an explanation. In a working relationship I would expect that we can have a dialogue without it being taken offensively especially when no rude words or insults have been given. Respect is a two way street and I expect that as the bare minimum.
