Initial meeting was very pleasant and crue areas cleaned were mostly satisfactory. However an entire room was missed and when I brought this up I was spoken to rudely and the question was received as criticism/insult rather than giving an explanation. In a working relationship I would expect that we can have a dialogue without it being taken offensively especially when no rude words or insults have been given. Respect is a two way street and I expect that as the bare minimum.
