Very very disappointed, first he turned up 30 minutes late, then he asked for a broom and mop which should of been provided by you, as requested in my booking. Then he cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom and not the bedroom or living room. Then he was meant to stay for 2.5 hours as paid for and he left in 2 hours. I would like a full refund for this terrible service provided. Please response, as I will have to take this matter further.
