Paul was punctual and polite throughout. I felt confident to leave the house whilst he stayed to clean as he was trustworthy. Paul has done a good job on cleaning the floors and oven as requested. However, on further inspection there are still surfaces in the house which are very dusty and have not been cleaned. The bath/shower/ taps could also have been cleaned better. I booked a ‘deep clean’ and believe that this is not what I have received, I would say that this has been a standard clean and not a deep thorough clean. Paul also finished an hour earlier than expected, which I had no complaints about at the time but on further inspection better cleaning could have been carried out.
