The first clean I booked did not go very well but WeCasa listened to my complaint and agreed to refund the money. I booked a deep clean for another property and a different cleaner came. She was brilliant! Worked really hard, very through, diligent, I'm really pleased with the results and will be going ahead with booking a regular clean for 2 properties.
