I was very disappointed with the cleaning , I booked three and half hours and 2o minutes were used top of the booking . I had to clean the bathroom after it was done my self whist the lady was there . I had to mop kitchen floor again , dust and mess was still on the floor and floor was not clean at all . Kitchen doors were wiped but all finger marks still showing on them . I 4 hours vaccume , mop and kitchen units were wiped and bathroom was done . I did doors, skirting and dusting myself including kitchen floor and bathroom . I will not use these services again . Too much time was taken to clean in each area . Lady was polite and pleasant.
