Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

I am very disappointed by Hasan, he arrived 45 minutes late. It was my first time working with WeCasa. He ended up using my own slippers whilst mopping and took them with him on his way out. Whilst leaving his own shoes and sucks in my landing. He left a pile of dishwashing to do even though I asked for the kitchen to be cleaned. Overall, I’m so disappointed I am not sure I want a cleaner again in my flat.

Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

Hasan was thorough, respectful & punctual. Sadly not fast enough for what I need. In 3 hours I needed a basic clean of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, hallway and lounge. (Less areas than what Wecasa recommends can be done in 3 hours and I’ve had other cleaners that achieve more in 3hrs too Vacuum and mopping included). Hassan managed the bathroom and half the kitchen/diner with a quick mop at the end before he had to rush off to another house. Hassan did say he would have stayed if he didn’t have another house to go to, but I need my cleaner to have more speed in cleaning rather than spending more time at my house. I wish Hassan the best, and I’m sure with experience and feedback he will deliver a great service. He just wasn’t the right cleaner for me.
