Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning, ironing

Polite young girl and spoke great English, but unfortunately the cleaning was not at any standard. Asked for my one bed to be cleaned with instructions, to which the lady agreed and then proceeded to only clean in the kitchen as there was apparently not enough time, which fair enough if you can’t do it in the timeframe but maybe let me know so I don’t have the expectation that the flat will be actually done according to instructions. The kitchen cleaning was also not done to any standard, the floor didn’t even get moped at all, a trash bin left there and some beans on the floor, so clearly not even tried to mop. Just made me miss my old cleaner a lot :’(, unfortunately I was so caught up on my laptop that I didn’t have the chance to look at the kitchen after she left as I was quite busy with work. I will practically have to stay home tomorrow and order a new cleaner and hope for the best. Overall with Wecasa is a matter of luck as the website barely actually screens the ppl and their ability to clean, so you can get lucky and get someone that’s actually a cleaner, obviously it’s difficult to tell since it’s not a licences profession or anything.
