Paula was absolutely brilliant. I was nervous to have a stranger come to the house as I’ve never had a cleaner before. From the first minute she was both friendly and professional and i instantly relaxed. She worked so hard today I was hugely impressed. I hadn’t expected her to get though as much as she did and also in such detail. The house looks better than it’s done in years. I’m so happy we found her.

Wasn’t aware of the form that was supposed to be filled. They were polite and did a good job at cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen but I think it could have been done a bit quicker. Thank you anyway. We are happy with what they did.
