Evija was very professional the whole time and although we didn't manage to get everything cleaned today, she definitely gave 200% to what she could.

Our cleaner was very prompt and polite, although clearly had some particular expectations herself in terms of which products she did or didn’t want to use. It felt as though she didn’t manage the time and tasks well, She heavily focused on one or two areas meaning she had to rush through and skip other areas. Given the overall time (3.5 hours) was longer than our usual cleaner (2.5 hours) I was surprised that she didn’t spread out the time and effort. I wonder if the process on the app of placing rooms in order of priority was misunderstood between us. She may have interpreted this to be to heavily focus on one or two rather than start with those rooms. Overall a bit expensive for a thorough clean in some places and other spaces left untouched.

She was absolutely incredible. My kitchen had been left in a state my other flatmates and now it looks cleaner than when I moved in. She was so thorough and professional that I have no worries. I can’t thank her enough for her service and would highly recommend her.
