Nina was honestly amazing. I left her to get on with it and she absolutely delivered — she provided a full deep clean and the results speak for themselves. My carpets haven’t looked this clean in weeks! She was also incredibly kind and non-judgemental, which meant a lot given everything going on at home. She just got stuck in and made such a difference. It genuinely feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. There was one small thing missed, but I completely understand as my home is larger than average, and I’m still really happy with everything that was completed. She also kindly offered to return for future cleans if needed, which I will absolutely be taking her up on. I can’t recommend Nina highly enough — thank you so much!
