Douglas is provides such a good service and my kids and cat love him, his calming demeanour makes my two year old daughter run over to him everytime he arrives. We go out, come back and the place is jncredibly clean. We had a few different cleaners before Douglas, and we are over the moon that he is the one we ended up with.
