Really thorough clean. The lady who came to do our cleaning was polite and arrived on time. She went behind the beds, cleaned windows bathroom and the oven was nice and sparkly after. Only thing is I didn't realise I had to provide cleaning cloths too. So we spent some time looking for appropriate cleaning cloths. I knew I had to provide cleaning solution. I booked for 7 hours but that wasn't enough for the whole house to be clean. Nevertheless, majority was done and the rooms upstairs felt nice and clean after.
