More than “just cleaning” the process of lifting the dirt, grime and chaos from someone’s home provides a service more akin to therapy. Susan brought a caring, warm, non judgmental and thorough approach to her work (which was of exceptionally high quality). A consummate professional (punctual, hardworking and thorough) my place is gleaming and smells great.

Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Kennedy was polite and approachable. Overall, the cleaning is to a good standard. However, with being half an hour late and a breakage that resulted in broken glass in the kitchen I can’t give a higher rating at this point. I hope to in future.
