It has been very very horrible experience with this company . I would not recommend anyone to use this site . They deduct money first and keep changing the timings nearly 3 different people eventually lady came she was line can you pay me in cash £50/- I booked deep cleaning for 2 bedroom and one bathroom flat but she didn’t do any deep cleaning for any rooms neither living . I have uploaded the pictures and she was threatening on phone bring cash now or I will leave the job . Basically I paid £111/- for nothing just to clean the kitchen hob and toilet. That’s absolutely rediculous and now I have spend time to look for someone else’s because she was a fraud and time waster . I will sue this company so no one else goes through such trouble.
