Because of the Tube strike Ana had messaged me to say she would be arriving later, than the usual start time. This was totally acceptable in the circumstances.. When she arrived and apologised, she got straight to her task: in her thorough and professional manner. No sense of rushing just the quiet and determined application to what needed doing . This she accomplished with her usual approach. Leaving the flat in prim and proper condition, knowing that I could enjoy my home and welcome guests to a sparkling reception. Wonderful !
