Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

We were expecting a male cleaner based on the profile provided but a woman showed up. Did not listen to the priorities that were requested, actively cleaning rooms and areas that we had asked her to not clean. Multiple items were moved to random different rooms for no reason (soap dispensers moved from bathroom to bedroom carpet?). There was water left everywhere - pools under appliances, on the floor (this was several hours after they had left), and under the kitchen sink was so wet that we have had to throw away boxes of cleaning products as they are ruined. Our vacuum was used to suck up water! We have not been able to find multiple items. Mirrors and shower screens were barely touched. The deep clean option we selected should have included windows and oven but these were also not done. Communication was incredibly poor throughout boarding on hostile.
