Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Kim confirmed her attendance 2 days in advance which was lovely, and she arrived a bit earlier than expected and finished about 20 mins early. I think the overall cleaning was ok, but I noticed she may have forgot to vacuum the kitchen carpet, and there was some litter and hair missed here and there on the floor, mainly the living room and corridor. I’d recommend using the vacuum at a higher power setting for better results especially on thick carpets. I liked that she cleaned the furniture surfaces very well and cleaned under the couch and the small bathroom. She brought her own products and I appreciated her use of organic materials. This was only our first appointment, so I’m looking forward to updating this to 5 stars if she adresses these minor comments. Thank you!
