Gina was wonderful, she was exceptional in helping me out with common household cleaning difficulties I had and gave me tips on what do on the daily to help maintain the clean she did. She worked very efficiently and was very attentive to detail. It was great having her.

I don't know if it was an off day. Everyone else seems super happy with Gisele. Mainly she had a very grumpy vibe and things which seemed easy wins were left undone. She left early to go to an appointment she had which would be less annoying if everything was left looking lovely. Anything I specifically asked her to do she did - anything I just would expect like "just a tidy of the room" meaning more than just make the bed she did the bear minimum. Some of the things I asked her to do - some washing up was done really beautifully. Just hit and miss and grumpy attitude.
