May arrived bang on time, was super polite and showed initiative. I didn't get a chance to ask her not to fold up and put away cloths which had been used... As I always put all cloths that have been used for cleaning in the washing machine at the end of cleaning.

Eteri was absolutely fantastic and cleaned my home to such a high standard. Every room was spotless, and her attention to detail was incredible. She even managed to get every last bit of cat hair out of every corner of the house, which is no easy task with my two cats!
