Raluca was more than amazing, she is transcendence. When most would've walked in, saw my room, then walked right back out the door. Raluca acknowledged that I truly needed help and chose to answer the call. This great woman and tremendous professional honesty went above and beyond and I don't think she'll ever know how truly greatful I am. Very diligent to what she does and left my room cleaner than it has been in the past 2 years. I would definitely approve of requesting her if you could. A upmost professional and even greater still human being. Her kind words and reassurances only paired with her work ethic has left me more than satisfied. 5 Stars all.the way.
