Women's Massage: Deep Tissue Massage 90 Min.

I booked a 90 minute massage: the professional was not on time. The massage was not deep tissue, he was not using strong techniques as you would in a deep tissue massage. He did not address my issues that I made clear at the beginning of the massage and he skipped out areas like my forearm on one side, my shin and my feet. He seemed a little distracted and when I asked him why he missed out certain areas, he said he’s not used to doing full body, He took a long time to complete the massage over two hours making me late for a meeting, I am an experienced massage therapist and I own my own studio. This therapist to me did not seem trained and he shouldn’t be advertising that he is able to do Thai/ deep tissue if that’s not what he is delivering. I would like my money back as I had to book another massage with someone else. Thanks
