Overall, the service was good, especially in terms of the quality of the cleaning. The professional cleaned a small bathroom, a small kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom, and the result was satisfactory. However, the cleaning took two hours, which felt a bit long considering that the apartment is not very large and does not have many pieces of furniture. After that, one hour was dedicated to ironing. During that time, 9 shirts were ironed, but 2 shirts and one suit trouser were still left. The items to be ironed had been shown in advance, so I believe it would have been possible to better estimate the required time before starting. I understand that she had another appointment afterward, and she did arrive on time. However, she actually started about 10 minutes later, and I would have expected those minutes to be recovered. Instead, she stopped exactly at 4:00 pm and then left. Overall, the service was good and the cleaning quality met my expectations. For the next time, we have already booked 3.5 hours instead of 3 hours, but I think the time management could have been handled a bit better.
