Mercedes is, without a doubt, the best cleaner I've ever had. From the outset, her honesty and clear communication were truly impressive. Before starting, she clearly explained that, given the time, she'd prioritise the most crucial cleaning tasks to ensure they received the thorough attention they deserved, rather than rushing through everything on my list. This was perfectly fine by me – I much prefer a few key areas to be cleaned meticulously than a superficial job across the board. And meticulous she was! Mercedes was exceptionally thorough and did a truly fantastic job. I'm genuinely impressed and incredibly pleased with the results. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning shine through in her work. I highly recommend her!
