Adeline arrived nearly an hour late, and had only texted me 15 minutes after she was due to come. Upon arrival, she was very irate and rude to both me and my flatmate, My flatmate was showing her around and she was very dismissive and curt and did not pay attention to the walk through we wanted to give, to show her what needed cleaning. While her cleaning was great, we were very disappointed with her attitude and overall it was not a pleasant experience.
