Cleaning: Deep cleaning, Cleaning products, Ironing

Sandra did an amazing job. She was prompt and really focussed on attention to detail. As soon as she arrived, I showed her everything and she just got on with cleaning. She didn’t waste time and did a thorough clean of even areas that I struggled to clean myself.

Our first session she was on time, was a little slow but assumed was just getting used to where everything is etc. very friendly and nice, maybe a little nervous. Clean was decent but missed some big areas, again, first time so felt that was ok. Second time something was clearly wrong, very very slow, a little off and strange when speaking with my flatmate, and stayed an extra hour to complete the cleaning as was vacant and lethargic and hadn’t managed half the the clean in the time frame. Flatmate did ask if she was ok and tried to understand. But was a strange enough experience we decided not to use her again. Hopefully this was just a very bad day or isolated incident.
