Accepted the booking then immediately called and asked to come at a different time. Poor time Management. Told me she was running out of time and wouldn't finish cleaning, despite booking the time suggested. Put the duvet on backwards and no pillow covers on the pillows. Claimed the protectors where covers even though she stripped the covers so she knew. When asked to put them on she got the first ones she could find and not matching ones. Lied and said they weren't there but never looked. Left the cloths on a pile on the floor after I told her I couldn't bend to pick things up. Left cleaning products everywhere instead of putting them back. Didn't put anything else back after she moved it. Didn't change the small bins but took the big bin out, and didn't replace the bag
