We’ve been so happy with Edward’s service. He cleans our bathrooms every other week and does an incredibly thorough job — genuinely to a clinical level! Everything is always spotless and finished to such a high standard. Edward is also very friendly, professional, reliable, and a pleasure to have around the house. Highly recommend.

I can't complain about the standard of cleaning. I have a two bed two bath flat which I have recently moved into and they left it beautifully clean. However... This is what I asked for: one person to do a general clean for two hours including ironing one pair of trousers. I said that I would provide the cleaning supplies. I just moved house but my old cleaner would have done this with time to spare. This is what I got: two people doing what I assume was a deep clean, which somehow took the pair of them 2 3/4 hours. They used their own cleaning supplies even though I told them I had got supplies for them to use. They then charged me an extra 50% without discussion. I'm not sure if that's for the extra person or the cleaning supplies or the extra 45 mins (I checked the time they arrived and left on my Ring doorbell). But they did things I didn't ask them to do and didn't do everything I did ask them to. I didn't get a choice about paying the extra but I guess that's the cost of what I got. However, I had been clear about my priorities, having updated them on the app, and didn't ask for an extra person or extra time or extra cleaning supplies. The lady who came with Julius seemed to be training him. She was very good and I would have had her again. However, I wouldn't have Julius on his own and I have cancelled what would have been a weekly booking with him/them because I don't trust that he/they will do what I want and charge me accordingly. I didn't realise that they could just up the price like that. I asked for one person for two hours so I assumed that since two people came, it would only take them an hour, which would usually be the case. I left them to it because I didn't want to get in their way, but I think I should have been watching them more carefully. I'll know for the next one...
