Helena is incredible. Prompt, professional and nothing is a problem - gets on with it with a smile on her face! The cleaning and ironing she does is to an exceptional standard, and when we're home we have lot's of laughs. She's great. Can't fault her. If you're lucky enough to get Helena as your cleaner, take it!

Overall, Simone was very polite, pleasant and attentive to detail, and the areas she did clean were cleaned very well. I was happy with the quality of her work. Unfortunately, there were two issues that made the overall experience frustrating. Simone arrived around 40 minutes late on a Tuesday evening, which is quite significant. She also wasn’t able to finish the apartment within the 3-hour session. I completely understand that sometimes more time is needed, and I would have been happy to extend the session and pay for additional time. However, this wasn’t communicated to me early enough, so we didn’t have the opportunity to extend the booking. As a result, the floors were not mopped, the second bedroom wasn’t cleaned at all, and only half of the bathroom was completed. So, while I was pleased with the quality of the cleaning and Simone herself, better punctuality and, importantly, proactive communication when additional time is needed would have made a big difference.
