Booked a deep clean however was the complete opposite of this was more of a basic clean. Stayed overly long in the kitchen and was told many times to clean to her areas as well I also helped in the process but I am not satisfied.

The service delivered was not a "Deep Clean" and failed to meet basic professional standards. I am willing to pay for a standard clean for the 3.5 hours actually worked, but I refuse to pay the full deep clean rate or any additional fees. Timeline of Events 08:53: Cleaner called lost. She was a 9-minute walk away but refused to walk, take a bus, or get an Uber. 09:40: Cleaner claimed she couldn't reach me and stated I would be charged a £40 cancellation fee. I explicitly clarified I was not cancelling. Arrival: To resolve the deadlock, I had to interrupt my own workday to drive and collect her. Departure: She left early for another appointment, working only 3.5 hours total. Key Issues Missed Hours: The session was cut short entirely due to the cleaner's transport issues and personal schedule. Substandard Quality: This was booked as a premium Deep Clean. Even excluding the fridge and oven, she achieved less in 3.5 hours than a regular cleaner does in 2 hours. Overcharging: I was told I would be charged the full amount despite her late arrival, early exit, and low-quality work..
