She arrived late as she could not find us which was fine and i said she could come late . She did a good job of the. clean . i feel the company has let me down as i had messages from the cleaner to say she was cancelled and this is shocking as this was not by me and i also spoke to the company when she was here so they know this . I think the communication needs improving.
