It was ok. But not ok for the £50 we paid. We paid for her to bring her own products, she was cleaning our floors with our glass cleaner, and she also cleaned with our fairy spray and soak (which was left out for the dishes not for her). She was also 20 mins late, so we were sat waiting for her. She also spent a long time doing seemingly nothing, she dusted 2 units (which we didn’t ask to do and we’re going to do ourselves once she left) but said she didn’t have time to make the beds which we had stripped for her to remake. As I said, it was ok. The bathroom was clean, the kitchen was clean (apart from the handles), but I wouldn’t use her again.

Poor service of cleaning my house. I paid for a deep clean as I was moving into my new home- I wanted a proper clean before I moved all my furniture in. She notably did the bathroom and mopped the floor, however there was still dust all over the shelving, kitchen wasn’t even touched or wiped, and nothing else was done! It caused even more stress to my living situation and I ended up having to mostly clean myself after for a week after that. Really disappointed, as the app looks promising. £161 I’ll never see again
