Awful experience with Stephanie. Communications pre clean were overly difficult. Had to ask her something 4 times before getting a response. She requested to change the time an hour before the booking. She couldn’t find the cleaning products (under the sink). Didn’t follow simple instructions. Clean was unbelievably slow. Stephanie is an excellent cleaner! I can't believe how clean she got everything in 3 hours! I had not had much time to tidy ahead of time, but she was very happy to follow my suggestion to move things around as surfaces were cleared. She put things back in a way that made it much easier for me to sort through the clutter. She was very efficient and personable and a joy to have cleaning my place! I hope I will continue to have Stephanie for my weekly cleans because she's fantastic!
