Well I do not have problem with the quality of work but I wasn’t able to communicate her since she does not know English at all. We had to communicate over google translation even for the smallest request and that caused a lot of loss of time, she was unable to finish my removal of dust and dirt and window cleaning process in 3,5 even in a one bedroom apartment because of the gap of communication. I dont think thats her fault though - you as a service provider would have inform me correctly about the language situation so I would increase the time or change it to someone else. I am very unsatisfied by YOUR service, sorry. I want a refund.
