Overall good quality of service. I booked a 7-hour deep clean and he did a great job, especially with the difficult areas (e.g., the oven). Polite and friendly. He did arrive about 15 minutes late, which is why this isn’t 5 stars, but he messaged ahead and stayed later to make up the time.

This is a constructive review for the cleaner rather than a complaint. Aside from arriving half an hour late, their attention to details leaves much to be desired, as many spots had been missed in their cleaning, such as skirting boards, door surface, window sill, underneath the bed and mouldy walls, despite the fact that we had opted “deep cleaning” for the service. We believe the level of this session is merely “standard” rather than “deep”, as we had to stay for another hour to clean up the aforementioned missed spots. Besides, the cleaner did not manage to finish cleaning over 3-hour period (this is suggested by WeCasa website, clearly stating that it is suitable for a opened flat, moreso, our flat has 0 furniture which did not require any moving of objects), and we had only found out at the end of the 3-hour. They also requested for extra charge for another hour. Overall the floors, bathtub, kitchen and appliances were spotless, just need a bit of effort in examining some smaller and often unnoticed parts of a property.
