Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning, Cleaning products

Fabulous clean. I wasn’t home and he understood the instructions perfectly. The house is spotless. It smells fresh. I was so happy to come home today to a nice clean place.

Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Hassan arrived 20min late and finished 10 min early, despite me asking in advance whether he needed 2h30m or 3h. He left several of our belongings obviously out of place (I’m not talking about differently arranged which can be very personal, I’m talking about a toilet brush in the middle of the bathroom and cleaning cloths all over), his attention to detail in the kitchen surfaces and mirrors was poor, he left a puddle of water outside the bathroom that I had to clean (otherwise it could have damaged the hardwood floor), he mishandled the blinds despite me demonstrating the correct use when he arrived, and he damaged one of my plants despite me asking him to be very careful and offering to move them for him if he wanted help. I won’t be hiring him again to clean our home.

He did a decent job cleaning but spoke loudly on the phone in the hallways while housemates were on calls, even though I asked him twice to be quieter. His English wasn't good enough to understand the timings of when to clean a bedroom between calls, meaning it had to be left.

Hassan was very thorough and professional throughout my session. I was pleased with the results! He arrived bang on time and cleaned for two hours. I would be happy to welcome him back into my home.
