I had an awful experience with Hassan. I had to ask him to stop using his phone 4 times:. He repeatedly kept going into the hallway trying to use it. He used bathroom limescale remover on my wooden furniture. He was hoovering bashing the hoover into my furniture , throwing it to the floor. Zero respect and clearly no experience. I had to ask him to repeatedly to leave my house . I had to end the session early . He is the reason why I will no longer be using this app. I don’t think this app checks if their cleaners have proper training because the experience was appalling .
