Theo worked quickly and efficiently, which was great given the amount of work to get through in the five hours contracted. He was very accommodating and open to all of my requests — unlike some cleaners, he didn’t make me feel awkward when I asked for things like cleaning the oven or drawers, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that one of the toilets was missed. He did clean the bathroom, but either didn’t scrub the toilet or possibly just poured bleach without following through — unfortunately, it was the one that needed the most attention. I ended up having to clean it myself after he left, which was disappointing after paying nearly £100. That said, I would hire him again, but I’d make sure to double-check everything before the session ends to avoid any oversights.
