Cleaning: Deep cleaning

Hello, I left detailed instructions in the comments section outlining everything it needed to be done in my house. I was told that the cleaner would read these notes before accepting the job. However, the service provided was not satisfactory. The cleaner completed two bathrooms but left several tasks undone that were clearly listed (such as taking the bins out, polishing the floor, cleaning the doors, and cleaning the outside of the bin). I had to remind her to at least do one door and one bin. In the kitchen, she did not use the correct products. For example, I showed her the oven cleaner, but she used Viakal instead, which is not appropriate for greasy surfaces. As a result, the oven was not properly cleaned. She then ran out of time and was unable to complete the rest of the kitchen, only managing to clean the floor. This is not acceptable, especially as I paid for a deep cleaning service. The job was not completed to the expected standard, and key tasks were left unfinished. I am happy to provide photos as evidence if needed. On a positive note, the cleaner was polite. I explained my concerns to her, and she mentioned this was only her second time doing a deep clean. While I understand that, I am still paying for a service that has not been fully delivered, and I now have to complete the cleaning myself. For this reason, I would like to request a full refund
