Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Our cleaner turned up late, refused to use the supplies we had bought (clean sponges) and used their own cloths which just push the dirt around. They first complained that there wasn't enough time in our slot to do everything we asked. When they started packing after 2 hours I mentioned there were still another 30 mins left in the session and when they realised there was they refused to stay and just left. They were very unprofessional from start til finish. I had to finish cleaning after they left. This is the 2nd time we have had an unsatisfactory experience with WeCasa and don't feel the time and hassle was worth paying any money for.
