Alice is highly professional and responsible, clearly communicating the scope of work she can take on and how much time she needs to complete it. Since this was our first time working with her, she asked many detailed questions, which we really appreciated, and did her best to understand and meet our expectations. She left our home sparkling clean and, without a doubt, is the best cleaning professional we have ever had since moving to London. She also made helpful suggestions on products suited to different types of cleaning, and we’ll ensure they are ready before her next visit.
