Patricia was brilliant, we had just moved in and booked without knowing the state of the house. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time but after Patricia had been here for a couple of hours there was a huge improvement and when she left it was sparkling. She even found a way around the fact our hot water wasn't working. A fabulous job and 10 stars is not enough for how impressed I am.
