Georgia is brilliant! She's extremely thorough and always leaves the house spotless; everything feels properly cleaned. She clearly takes pride in her work and pays attention to details that I miss! She’s also very reliable and always arrives on time, which makes organising things so much easier. Communication has been excellent as well; she’s responsive, clear, and very easy to coordinate with. It’s a relief having someone dependable who consistently does a fantastic job. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality cleaner.

First session was fine though she didn’t finish despite having four hours. Second three hour session she spent the entire time upstairs despite being told our priorities were elsewhere then left without speaking to me. When asked why and told what our priorities were she basically asked to be sacked. Very unprofessional and seemed not to care what she’d actually been employed to do instead only wanting to clean what she felt should be cleaned.
