Ketsia was great and asked if I was satisfied with everything at the end. However when I returned another day I realised the home wasn’t vacuumed properly and had to clean out the vacuum filter and do it myself, tables and stools weren’t moved to vacuum everywhere, quite a few shelves/bookcases were really dusty. She was very polite but I needed a deep clean and don’t think I received that so will need to pay for another cleaner :(
