Elsa is exceptional and thorough with her work and shows incredible care. She has incredible attention to detail and I always breathe a sigh of relief when I realise it’s a cleaning day. She really resets the home back into a clean, cosy state. On a separate note, Elsa is incredibly kind and very patient with our puppy who is still learning to not jump.
