Daniela was easy to communicate with and shown up early to clean. She was happy to stay for an extra two hours when requested and was apologetic for things that weren’t done in time, which was very appreciated as it was a good sized flat to clean. The thoroughness and speed of cleaning could have been a bit better, as some smaller details were missed. Overall, a very good clean that was really helpful for resetting the flat. Thanks Daniela!
