Cleaning: Deep cleaning

Kayla,arrived on time and did a good job. In fairness, the place he had to clean was very dirty, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle in 2.30 hours, but there was a bit of miscommunication in the sense that he was concentrating mainly on one spot until it became a bit late. I guess I should have told him from the very beginning he needed to do an overall cleaning rather than a very deep job in a small area. Overall happy as the place is is a much better state now. Would probably use again in the future
