I was naturally a bit nervous about booking a new cleaner after my regular cleaner could no longer cover weekends, but Valdeir completely put my mind at ease! Even though he is a new pro on Wecasa, he handled everything like a seasoned expert. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, polite, and very friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns, noted down my priority areas, and executed the job flawlessly truly going above and beyond expectations. My flat looks amazing, and I am more than happy with the service. I’ll definitely be rebooking with him!

Sara did a deep clean for me, & made my house a home again. She is professional, kind, thorough, friendly and no job is too big or too small. Sara helped with everything she could, I recommend her highly! I was freshly home from hospital & needed a deep clean. I didn’t have to give much info at all, she just came fully stocked & did an amazing job with a full kit & a very professional demeanour. I was very impressed - she made my bathroom like new again, my kettle, toaster & microwave are now spotless (I was going to buy new ones! She has saved me £hundreds!!) & she is an angel to have around. Sara is the best professional you can find. She is a trustworthy, honest, kind, friendly woman who does everything she can to help. Her attention to detail, organisation skills & hard-working ethos is so valuable. I highly recommend her & hope she can come again. She is the best asset I have found, & sped up my rehabilitation after a hospital stay with her diligence, kindness, & attention to every detail. You will find her to be very hard working, she knows exactly what people need & how to help, & is always polite, cheery & friendly.
