Mercedes is so friendly and understood my needs immediately. I felt very comfortable to let her take the lead and get on with things and she did such an amazing job, has so much more attention to detail than I could! She made me feel at ease as it was my first time having someone round to help with cleaning, and she went above and beyond. Mercedes gave me advice on some of the issues I had at my home, and explained very professionally how to maintain things going forward, and gave general product advice. She is very knowledgeable! My home is so shiny and clean! She stayed back a bit longer to give my home the extra care, which really shows she cares about what she does. I’d love to have Mercedes back again.
