Linda arrived early, which immediately set a great tone, and throughout the entire visit she was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her — she approached everything with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. The task ahead of her was quite a challenging one, but she tackled it with impressive determination, care, and attention to detail.
