At the time I THOUGHT everything I had asked for was done, but due to being pregnant and also in and out of meetings, I couldn’t fully tell. I asked for the kitchen to be fully cleaned but there were still stains on the countertops. I asked for all pots and pans to be cleaned but after the cleaner had gone I realised that they were still there left on the side with water soaking in them how I had left them. They said they mopped the hallway floor but with the lighting on in the evening you can still see marks from the day before and I discovered the mop basket was not used. I had a flash mop on the side but I had not instructed them to use this as I didn’t have any remaining pads left for this. I asked for bed sheets to be changed and for all surfaces to be dusted and tidied. They were dusted but nothing was organised or tidied. I asked for the living room to be hoovered and tidied, but it was only tidied and coffee and side tables were left. Only the rug was cleaned as I noticed there was dust remaining on the wooden floor areas. Really poor job to be honest when you would expect these things to be common sense. Not quite sure what she was doing for an entire 3 hours apart from washing some basic dishes, and changed one set of bed sheets. The stairs were wiped down literally within 15-20mins when I instructed to do so at the end. Another point, I initially had this job cancelled via the help centre as it looked like a male cleaner was selected despite not being given the option to choose a female cleaner. Wecasa had cancelled the request after speaking with them, but they sent a cleaner anyway and it was a lot of hassle going back and forth to make sure it was reflected on the system. Overall very unsatisfied.
