The cleaner did an incredibly thorough job, paying attention even to the hidden areas where dust tends to gather. It genuinely feels like I’ve walked into a completely revived apartment. I was especially impressed by the level of care throughout the clean and the respect shown for my belongings. Everything feels fresh, considered and beautifully looked after. A fantastic experience with Wecasa — I’m very impressed.

She messaged me 5 mins before saying she will be 40mins late. I had to drop my kids somewhere the painter let her in and I explained on the phone what needed to be done . When I arrived she was on the phone while cleaning. I paid additional for her to bring her own cleaning products as it was a new empty home, but I felt she bought minimal (didn’t have any cleaning cloths for example). Her cleaning was of a decent standard. I have used wecasa before and had positive experience but wouldn’t use this pro again I’m afraid.
