Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

It was an off day for Saoirse. We booked a deep clean and she barely even did a surface level clean. Shelves were left dusty, floor was grimy, hoovering wasn’t done properly. She said she cleaned the shelves and the radiators but they were left untouched almost. She also said she can only hoover(??) the shelves and not wipe them. For a deep clean it was very disappointing. On the good side - she was punctual and polite. On the neutral side - she cleaned the oven and it wasn’t left in too bad a state. Very disappointed with the rest of the clean.
