She came to the building on time but couldn’t figure out how to enter the building and insisted the time started from when she came to the building but not to my floor which was (20 mins later) . I tried to explain to her many times how to come but she kept going in the wrong wing- finally I went down and picked her up. - She didn’t have cloth/ scrub with her so she used mine :( - she didn’t finish all the tasks in 2 hrs in such a small flat and insisted I extend her time. Not satisfied with the overall service
